Location is close to Haneda airport, good for late arrival or our case early departure travellers. 15mins walk to subway station with adequate food and grocery needs nearby. Good delicious buffet breakfast spread. Value for money suitable for budget travellers.

The staff was friendly, but the service is limited. Breakfast comes complimentary, so no complaints about this. There's Danny's and several shops nearby for the convenience. Rooms are tiny, but that's the standard for this chain of hotels. Not a bad choice for one night stay close to the Haneda airport.

Breakfast was delicious, with hot food cooked onsite. Rooms were small but the space was used very efficiently. Enjoyed the bath, shower and rain shower options. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrobes were provided. USB charging meant I didn't need a power adaptor.

This is my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotels chain. I like everything about them. The first time I stayed in Asakusa, which was closer to the city center. Omori is a bit further away. But I like the cleanliness and the breakfast.

Great value. Nice breakfast. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday but it was nice. Location is great. It was easy to get to any place in Tokyo. The staff was friendly and helped us with sending suitcases to the airport.

The breakfast is awesome!! and the hotel staffs were very friendly. the room was very clean and the staff clean the room every 4 days. The towel services is awesome as well, they give new towel set every day and the towel is very clean. Overall experience I'll give it a 10 out of 10. Thank the staffs provide me a such good experience in japan.

Very good value for money! Spotlessly clean. Big enough room and the bathroom. Good buffet breakfast and they rotate dishes so you never have exactly the same breakfast every day. When in UK, I couldn't move my dates on Booking.com as their facility had a glitch or something. Toyoko Inn Omori manager contacted them and I was promised a refund for one day. I didn't receive it yet but hope all will be fine. Very hard working cleaners and staff at breakfast too.

Overall, great experience. From staff to facilities. Stay is worth your money. Affordable price which includes breakfast. Hope we can come back again soon.

I love the breakfast, it's so yummy. I also like the facilities such as shampoo, soap, facial cleaner, hot shower, atmosphere and prices. This hotel also provides free breakfast for children, it's so helpful! Everything is just perfect. Thank you for a great moment and service.
